    LB steakhouse has been my go to for birthdays and they have consistently delivered. Besides the steak, the lobster bisque, wedge salad, LB Potato and service were all top notch! Sat outside in the glass house and it happened to be a chilly night but all the servers were extremely considerate about the door and it was nice to know they closed the windows partially to make it comfortable.

    We came to celebrate a birthday, and the food was absolutely delicious. For appetizers, we ordered the LB Steak Tartare, Arugula salad, and Shrimp Cocktail. They were all really good but my favorite is the steak tartare. For entrees, all of our steaks were cooked exactly as we wanted it; mine was medium rare and it was probably the best steak I've had. We also ordered the Brussel sprouts and mashed potatoes, which were both sooo good. For dessert, we ordered a Baked Alaska and the staff also gave our birthday boy a lava cake with ice cream and a candle. For drinks, we ordered the Not-so Prickly Margarita (which is actually non-alcoholic) and added a shot of tequila to it. Pretty good! We came on a Saturday around 11am. It wasn't super busy, only 2-3 other parties so it was pretty quiet.

    Food: for Happy Hour their prices are very good. The food is also good. Service: they are very nice and check in on you very often. Ambiance: for Happy Hour it gets crowded fast so you need to get there early fur a good spot.

    I recently had a birthday dinner at LB Steak and was thoroughly impressed. The staff and service was too notch and the steak is always outstanding. We felt like we knew our waiter for years even though we just met him. The restaurant has a great modern steakhouse atmosphere and the llocation among the Santana Row area makes for a nice evening out.
